Calculate Avg in one column with distinct values in other column

I need some help in creating this calculation.

 

I've this data (Raw Data)

Raw data  Distinct value
      
Idvalue  idvalue
10010  10010
10010    
10120  10120
10120    
10120    
10230  10230
10230    
10230    
10230    
    AVG20


I need to calculated the average of the column "value", but only for distinct values in the column "id". How do I do this

Averagex(Summarize(Table,Table[ID], Table[Value]), [Value])
