Calculate Average of measure column

Hi!

I have created a measure that brings calls per day by dividing Measure Total Calls by Measure Total Business Days. This is working fine, but now i need  way that i can show by region the average of the calls per day instead of the sum! i tried using AVERAGEX, but as you can see below as an example for Greater Midwest i should be getting 4.1 average calls for day instead of 1.92.

any help is appreciated!!!

1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION

Try AVERAGEX over the VALUES(Territory) instead of Date. This is because you want average of region based on Territory average, rather than based on Daily average across all territories.

Hi Allison!

Below is a snapshot of the formula. its basically dividing my total calls measure by total business days. I have a table for business days that is connected to my main time table so it can adapt to my time slicer.
