Calculate Average Monthly Sales

Hi Experts

I would like to calculate avg.monthly sale based on my sales data. by Year by Month (if that makes sense). 

See sample pbix. either as a calulcated column or measure route

@Anonymous , I think you need Avg of Sum, Above month level.

Sum till month level and Avg above

averageX(Values('Date'[Month Year]), CALCUALTE(Sum('Table'[Sales])))
