CUNTROWS measure shows only on blank row with total

I have one customers table
and one Salespersons table

the relationship between those to are "Salesperson name"
my relationshipis active !!!

i tried to see hoe much customer to one Salesperson
but i just get one row with blank and total number of customers

any help please, thanks

I merged first name and last name in the wrong wa

Can you remove sensitive data and share a pbix file. I suspect the sales person names aren't matching exactly.

A good place to start is running the clean and trim transforms on both columns in power query.
