HERE FIRST TWO COLUMNS ARE THE TOTAL COUNT , WHILE THE THIRD COLUMN IS NO. OF TIMES UNIQUE INBOUND & UNIQUE OUTBOUND CALLS .. WHICH IS GREATER THAN THE TOTAL .. PLEASE HELP I AM NOT ABLE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO CORRECT THIS

You can change counts to count(Disctinct) from the menu on the Value for the table fields.

It's also possible to change the default summarization to count(Distinct)

That is what i am using Count(Distinct) for calculating count of unique values in the 3rd Column .. But it is not giving the correct values .. The problem above remains the same.
