My COUNTDISTINCT is adding one additional count for each year in my table. My COUNTDISTINCT is counting unique values in column "CP_Arach_Desktop_Past_Due_Issue_ID" and the table that shows the raw data has a count of 34, but when I create a summary table not only is it not totaling properly, but Cardo my consultant only has past due projects for 2018, but it's adding 1 for 2016, 1 for 2017 and 1 additional for 2018. Th same thing is happening for Pending, but all others are counting correctly.
@rattantd,
I am unable to reproduce this issue when using Count(distinct) in the table visual or creating measure as below.
CountMeasure = DISTINCTCOUNT(Table3[CP_Arach_Desktop_Past_Due_Issue_ID])
Could you please share sample data of your table in a Excel so that I can copy and paste? Also you can check if DISTINCTCOUNT () function works in your scenario.
Regards,
Lydia
