COUNT IF Containts Key Word

Hi all,

How do I create a measure whichs Counts 'Ref' IF 'Contact Tags' contains the key words "Hiring Contact"?

Try like

countx(filter(table,table[Contact Tags]="Hiring Contact"),table[Contact Tags])

countx(filter(table,table[Ref]="Hiring Contact"),table[Contact Tags])

Measure = CALCULATE(COUNT(Table1[Ref]),FILTER(Table1,[Contact Tag] ="Hiring Contact"))

Btw I see "Hiring contact"in [Type], so can also try:

Measure = CALCULATE(COUNT(Table1[Ref]),FILTER(Table1,[Type] ="Hiring Contact"))

countx(filter(table,table[Ref]="Hiring Contact"),table[Contact Tags])
