Measure =

    CALCULATE (

        FILTER ( ALL ( Table1 ), Table1[Ref] = MAX ( Table1[ID] ) )
    ),
    MAX ( Table1[Claims] )
)

How to Copy the Date Value Same Like the above Table

Column ID  is Mother ID

Coumn REF is Child ID -

But Claim amount mentioned at Child ID 

same will copy to Mother ID
