CONCATENATEX AND VALUES RETURNING WRONG VALUES

I am using this formula: 

Table = SUMMARIZE('CUSTOMER-S&OP';'CUSTOMER-S&OP'[Customer Name];"S&OP";CONCATENATEX(VALUES('S&OP''S'[S&OP]);'S&OP''S'[S&OP];""))
 
I need to get te Custommer and the S&OP'S (LIKE CLERK'S) responsable for they.
But, by any reason, it doesn't works, it returns all S&OP'S, i want something like this:
 
 
And i need to get something like this:
 
 
Could someone help me please?

You may refer to below fomular. But it's better that if you could share your sample data which could reproduce your scenario and your desired output.

Hi @Anonymous

 

Can you show the pbix? Or at least show the structure and relationships of your tables?

From what I see,  the [Customer Name] and [S&OP] columns are in different tables?
