I am using this formula:

If you coudl attach a pbix would be better. Also putting a ' in the name of a table makes reading the code much more complicated.
This is your formula, cleaned up
Table =
SUMMARIZE (
'CUSTOMER-S&OP',
'CUSTOMER-S&OP'[Customer Name],
"S&OP", CONCATENATEX ( VALUES ( 'S&OPS'[S&OP] ), 'S&OPS'[S&OP], "" )
)
I don't use often table functions like SUMMARIZE but in this page
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dax/summarize-function-dax
the code does not use SUMX but SUM. So probably you don't have to use an interator like CONCATENATEX but CONCATENATE
