COM error: mscorlib, Index was out of range

COM error: mscorlib, Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index. The database operation was cancelled because of an earlier failure.

So today, all of my reports failed to scheudle refresh eventhough they come from different data sources, has anyone seen this eroor before. Is this somehting that i am able to control or is this an issue with Power Bi online?

Microsoft is fixing the bug but it will take two weeks.  If you are having the problems still here is their work around.

First disable the preview feature "Store datasets using enhanced metadata format"

Use the below location to get the backup file for original (pre-update) format or before the enhanced metadata was disabled. C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\TempSaves\Backup. If using the Microsoft Store version of Power BI Desktop, use the following location: C:\Users\\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop Store App\TempSaves\Backups Copy the file to a location you would prefer, in order to preserve it. Make sure the enhanced metadata format preview feature is disabled in Power BI Desktop if you choose to open or use that original file.

I am having the same issue as of yesterday.  I tried on both the newest gateway and a gateway from months ago.  The PBIX file refreshes fine in desktop but not in web.
