To get a calculated table as the Subject, you can try

Table =
CALCULATETABLE (
    Hotel,
    FILTER (
        'Hotel',
        CONTAINS ( 'Competitor', 'Competitor'[HotelID], Hotel[HotelID] )
    )
)

or

Table =
FILTER (
    Hotel,
    CONTAINS ( 'Competitor', 'Competitor'[HotelID], Hotel[HotelID] )
)
