@Anonymous , ideally it should not include blank. Also number can not have space, unless there is another column you want to filter
Try like
CALCULATE(
AVERAGE(
ORDERS[ORDER_PROCESS_DAYS]),
filter(ALLSELECTED(
ORDERS),not(isblank(ORDERS[ORDER_PROCESS_DAYS]))
))
