Button that changes month

Hi

I wounder if its possible to have a button that +1 to the value if its clicked.

Like you can do in Visuel basic

What i want in the end is a fast way to change  month in the report. 

2 buttons , one for +1 Month and one for -1 Month (Example , the month is 202001 and the Viewer press +1 button and the month changes to 202002)

So the viewer can click like he/she want.
