I'll give you the best advice you could ever get from a Power BI and DAX professional: build a proper model with a star-schema. Then and only then will you be able to do anything, fast and correctly (including solving your problem). You can read this if you just start: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/guidance/star-schema

Identify the business entities that will act as dimensions, then your fact tables (measuring your processes) and join them in a simple one-to-many relationship with one-way filtering. You'll thank me later.

@zalalu , with help from the common date table, site A , SiteB, and Material type create a star schema, instead of merge. If needed unpivot site A and Site B

With help from common date table and measure from both table you should be able to get all 5 days of data
