Bulk renaming of measures

I need to rename around 150 measures in a PBIX file in a "find and replace" kind of way. Is there an easy way to do this? I'm happy to use any external tools. I've had a casual look in Tabular Editor and Dax Studio, and cannot seem to find anything. Thanks very much.

@vpatel55 in Tabular Editor 3 you have an option to 'Script Dax' for all your measures and then you could do that find and replace and apply the change.
I guess you can also do that in Tabular Editor 2 but you don't have a UI for that so you will need to write it in a c#. Anyway do it in Tabular Editor 3 (It costs money but you have a 1 month trial for free)

Many thanks for your prompt response @SpartaBI - that is great to know. Are there any other ways of doing it that does not require C#? I'm afraid I know no C#

Thanks.

@vpatel55 yes yes 🙂 maybe I was not clear. In tabular editor 3 you can do it just by clicking on script dax button, it will create a long script of all your measures and you could do the find and replace action (like you are familiar with), no code needed.

The C# code is actually rather simple:
Selected.Measures.Rename("OldText","NewText")
