I find there is a bug in date between what is stored in SQL DB and what is shown in PowerBI for Date 01 Apr 2011, it is shown in power bi as 31 Mar 2011 while in DB is 01 Apr 2011

Nope, I don't think it is a bug.
AFAIK, current power bi service will transform date to UTC format.
Time in PBI Service is inconsistent with the local time (non-UTC time) displayed in PBI
I think the diff between power bi service and database is due to transform operation.
