Wouldn't surprise me, that visual has always had bugs.
You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

@RayT I already shared the screenshot that it works in April 2020 release, I don't have an old version that I can test it, just updated to the new version, I don't think it is an issue anymore.
