Bottom N rank with duplicates

Hi All,

I want to get Bottom N rank for the below data(AvgRead) which has duplicates and -ve numbers. Need urgent help.

The DAX what I am using is not giving the correct results:

BottomRank = IF( ISBLANK( [AvgRead] ), BLANK(),

RANKX(ALLSELECTED('Find Bottom'[Cable Read]),[AvgRead] ,, ASC,Dense))

Please modify your DAX as below:

BottomRank = RANKX(ALL('Find Bottom'),[AvgRead],, ASC,Dense)

Result would be shown as below:
