Bookmarks have stopped working

so, we have another issue now. Something is seriously wrong with PowerBI. We noticed today that there is an issue with "Dataset Take over" in Schedule Refresh section on services,

 

and now Bookmarks are not behaving the way they should. What is wrong Team ? Can anybody from MSFT shed a light on this? Also, I would request other users to confirm, if bookmarks are behaving as expected, for you ?

We noticed today that there is an issue with "Dataset Take over" in Schedule Refresh section on services,

 


This issue was reported internally, and from PG, it has been resolved CRI: 57191298. Please check whether this problem persists in your service.

 


and now Bookmarks are not behaving the way they should. What is wrong Team ? 

 

Could you please explain this problem with more information so that I can test on my side.
