Bookmarks - date slicer isn't passed through to next page

Hi

I have this KPI in my first page:

My second page has 3 KPIs just like this one, for the the 3 different departments.

Problem is, no matter which date I choose (2020-04-30 in this example), whenever I click on the bookmark, the value resets and I jump to the next page with 'All' as the date value.

Tried it with 'Data' checked, unchecked, nothing worked.

It should be simple. Assume Page 1 is your current visual which you have shown above. 

Create another page where create the Visual with a Slicer ALL selected

when you click on Current Visual Bookmark you will land in the second page where it is Already as ALL Selected.

Make sure the Slicers are NOT Synced.

Go To View Table and Select Sync Slicers and you will get Relavant Pane.

There see whether the highlighted Area (in the below snapshot) are not checked. That means Slicers are not Synced

They are not synched, but it still isn't working unfortunately.

Is the Slicer in the 2nd page (Destination page) is set as all dates or any specific DAte?

It has to be ALL

Now let me ask you , what exactly you want in destination

so that you have to set and it should work. it is not that complicated

I want the destination page to show me data sliced on the given date value chosen in the first page.

So if i choose '2020-04-30' in the first page, I want it to change the percentage value in the second page.

Then use Sync Slicers option and The slicer in Page 1 and Destinate to be Synced then when you click the bookmark you will land in the destination page and destination page shows the same.

But, why did i have to sync the slicer AND uncheck data+display? I really want to understand.

Just I have shown you how to do it , not necessary. But I hope you understood the concept.
