Hi everyone. How does one make a chart (in this case line chart) blank unless a slicer value is selected?
Here is how it looks now. It's confusing for engineers due to aggregation of MD:

amitchandak shows you a good way by using isfiltered function and you may try to use hasonefilter function as well.
I build a table to have a test.
Build a measure:
M_MD = IF(HASONEFILTER('Table'[Well]),SUM('Table'[MD]),BLANK())
Result:
Blank chart as default:
Select the slicer.
