Blank View in the sheet

Hi Community,

I've a question.

Below is the view of the page (Sample Data)

so this is the default view that any user will see.

What if I want to keep default view as Blank view? I mean all the visuals/ charts should be Blank or show Blank view

When any User filters according to his/her name they can view their data.

Ps: Name filter is used in Filter image using Hide n Show Bookmark.

Is it possible?
