So far, we have tried to correc the issue by doing the following:
Cleaned out the users cache, as suggested by the thread above (C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\CEF )
Reviewed the users LAN Settings (which we no different than mine and I am able to see the map visual perfectly).
Downloaded the latest version of Power BI to her desktop.
Verified that she is on my company's network and can successfully navigate on the internet and go to https://www.bing.com/maps
I am out of ideas and am not finding any other suggestions. Does anyone else have any thoughts? It sounds as though it has to do with a setting on her individual PC since she is the only one who seems to be having this problem at this time in my organization, but I am unsure which setting(s) to start with.
One other thing......when the user is on her home network, the map visual shows up just fine. So, it seems like it has something to do with the company's netwrork; however, I and a number of other employees within the company are able to view the map visual perfectly while on our company's network.
