Big gap in visualization between year X and year Y (pic attached)

Hello,

 

I have a series of data that streches from one year to another. The Axis date-measure used is what i call "YearWeek" and it is simply YYYYWW (201729) for example. When I have visualization between 2 years a big gap is created and I have no clue how to get rid of this. Please help!
