Like for example  i have i have report sales across all the states in usa ,india and china where i cannot catagerozie countrywise lets assume here in this case it should around assume 100 states where i need to represent the data . what are the best possible options here ?. can anyone guide me in this excel to powerbi migration case.

Well, if i've understand, you must create "new groups" or a "calculated column" for grouping in categories, also you can use "top N" for show only N items in any category.

Can you show a few of your data and a example what do you need for a better understanding.
