To present your report, you can use line chart which can express relationship between “% of players” and “% of wars” easily like below:
If you want to use aggregation, I recommend you to use DAX formula like countx().
To make aggregation meaningful, one option is calculating count values. For example, we can count how many % of Players values greater than 95% within each Ethnicity group.
If you want to achieve different requirements, could you please provide more details about your requirements?
