Best secure way of sharing Power BI Dashboard for external user (out of organization )

Hi Everyone , just wanted to explore what would be the best way of sharing power bi dashboard to external users which should be accessible by specific individuals only ?

You have 2 options

1.  Share publicly for free (not secure)

2. You and the person viewing both need Power BI Pro licences. You can then share an individual dashboard or share a workgroup.

For 2nd option if there are 50 users in client organization do they need 50 pro licenses or only 1 will work ?

Anyone that wants to see shared content needs a pro licence.  There is an alternative where you can use Power BI Premium, but that is only cost effective for larger organisations as the minumum monthly cost is $5,000.  There is a new pricing model coming soon called EM1 that is about $675 per month (from memory), so if you have more than 70 people, this may be an option - but I haven't seen it yet.
