Its really not a complicated thing to do, and there are many versions of what i see people putting up, but what in your opinion, if you are for example creating a measure and you only want to return data for the current month.
is this the most elegant way to do it?
calculate(sum(measure), filter(date, month(now()) = month(date[date])
and year(now()) = year(date[date]))
