Hi,
Assume our company is similar to Microsoft's Contoso company.
We have a store in New York, Paris, London, Stockholm.
We'd like an overview page showing these four stores, along with a selection of KPIs.
The KPIs should include values for Current, Year over Year, Target and Attainment.
Here is some example data
And here is the desired outcome in Power BI:
We have the KPIs going vertically and the different stores and KPI attributes (Current, YoY, Target and Attainment) going horizontally.
If not using the Power BI KPI Matrix custom visual, what is the best way to create such a result?
Here is a PBIX file with the sample data.

Hi @Anonymous ,
You would just use the in-built Matrix visual (not custom) as follows:
Note that YoY and Attainment here show "First ~" on the labels. This is because the in the data you provided these were text fields. I assume in your real data these will be numerical data types and so should display correctly.

I see now that I made the task too easy, and it does not reflect my actual data model in any way 😅
But based on what I asked for in this task, you have answered it, so I am inclined to mark your answer is correct.
