Best KPI visual for target comparison

I have to add a visual to a report showing SALES YTD and BUDGET YTD. I use the standard KPI visual.

But the client would like to also show the difference in currency - not just the percentage.

And they would also like to have the percentage to say 97,4% in stead of -2,6%

I have added the difference as a card, but that is not very elegant.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a better visual. ( I have downloaded 8 different from the store, but either I am not using them correctly or they don't really show it the way the customer wants.)

Something like this....Something like this....

Hi @Mezmarianne

i can get another KPI visual, please see if it satisfies you much more.

Create measures

card_goal = "Goal: "&"kr"&"."&[Measure-budget ytd]&"("&FORMAT([percentage],"0.0%")&")"

card_diff = "Difference: "&ABS([difference])&IF([difference]<0,"-")&"kr"

Add each measure in a one-row card visual

Please download my pbix to learn more details.

one the page 2, click on the card visual and see its format pane.

Hi @Mezmarianne

I create measures and add these measure in a Muti-row card.

Assume SALES YTD and BUDGET YTD are measures

difference = [Measure-sales ytd]-[Measure-budget ytd]

percentage = [Measure-sales ytd]/[Measure-budget ytd]

Finally, i add a rectangle shape
