Bar chart with X axis in %

Hello everyone! I have been looking in the forum and google but I couldn't find a solution for this.

I want to create a bar chart that has the data labels as numbers and the X axis in %. Any tricks you can come by?

Based on my test,the format of the labels shown in bar chart equals to what is shown in X-axis,so your requirement is not supported currently. I suggest you propose an idea about custom label via below link and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner.
