Bar chart slicer - how to make one ?

Hello,

I need a bar chart slicer for my report and the only closest visual available from the store is the Time Brush slicer. However, no matter how much I try, I am not able to modify it in a way so that it would look like a bar chart slicer.

What I am after is on the below picture. Please, let me know if you have any bright ideas, because I am running out of them.

X axis has got months and the values are sales by segment (the colours). And what I would love from the visual's behaviour is similar to what the Time Brush slicer can do on a line chart, but have columns instead.

Thank you @v-chuncz-msft , but unfortunately this is a custom visual and I cannot find the source code on GitHub. Do you have any other suggestion?

@Anonymous would you mind, sharing how to do that on bars? I can see that it does it on a line chart, but I cannot seem to make it work on the bars?
