Bar chart display unit not working with custom number format

Hi,

I have a simple measure with custom format "\£#,#.#;(\£#,#.#);"Zero"". The custom format works fine on bar chart

But if I try to change the display unit of the labels, it has no impact on the chart.

Does this mean that the display units are not applicable in case of "custom formats"?

Thanks

Correct. That is my understanding. The former overrides the latter.
