Bar Chart to display grouped percentages per year, instead of percentage over grand total

Hi,

I would like to display grouped percentages as per year, instead of percentages showing as a percentage of the grand total.

So referring to this screenshot below, I would like the percentages on the bar chart for each year to be summed to 100% (row totals)


Currently displayed as grand totals:


But I would like to display the percentages as totals within the year:



How should I go about writing this through DAX?
(The base measure is 
CALCULATE(
     DISTINCTCOUNT(customer_id)
)
