Bar Chart not show partial value of month

I have a table with part of the data in April filled in, but when it is displayed in the bar chart it is not showing part of April's value in April. I want some data that should have been displayed in April on the bar chart..

You may check if there is any visual level filter on year.

but I don't have any other filters on the report, only date filters..
