Bad image resolution in reports. Internet Explorer vs. Google Chrome

Is anyone else experiencing bad image resolution in Internet Explorer? I have a report that contains multiple png images. In Google Chrome the images look perfect but in Internet Explorer, they look quite rough.

I import image into Power BI and publish to Power BI Service in IE 11, it can show image clearly.

Which version of IE do you use? 

Are the images imported by "Home->Image" or custom URL ?
