BI does not detect all values in excel column

I have A bid status column which has 12 different types of values. But when I plot any grpah/chart only 7 random show up. There are no fiters applied whatsoever.

Hi Koshur,

I suggest you try the same value in tabular report and check it,

if you receive all 12 value then its very small so it cant visible in donut chart

or

check the data set.

i checked the filters again, it looks like there was one left at report level. I see more values now. Will have to recheck them again. Ideally all of them should show as they all have values.

@koshur

Check to make sure you have all 12 values in the actual dataset in Query Editor. It's possible the other values has too small of "value" so they don't show up on the graph itself.
