Can not view previous reports or share new reports to this user after upgrade.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Generally, it can’t occurs the problem you get after updated version . Please check the following questions.
1.What does upgrade mean, update the version or refresh the data?
2.Are all the reports not visible ? And is there any error code? If there is an error code, you can post it.
3.Does this happen when you publish to Power BI Service? Can you open and view the reports in the desktop?
4.Please check if that user’s license is expired. If you want to share a report to other users, they also have to use a pro account to sign in.
Best Regards,
Xue Ding

Hi.
By upgrade I mean that the user was previously using the free version and was upgraded to the paid for version (pro licence).
The user can not see any reports that are shared with them. When I remove the user from the shared list and share the reports again - nothing appears in the 'Shared with me list' for them.
