Hello Everyone,
our company has been working on Dynamic NAV so far now they are moving to Business Central and i have developed all the reports on Power BI, now they are asking me connect Power BI with business central, i really have no idea, how can i do it? they want when users open business central like sales team, finance & accounting users login on business central then they can see power BI reports there...
Can anyone has any idea how can i connect them to business central and if i successfully do connect it then do i have to develop all the reports of power BI once again on business central or the same datasets will work there...????
Kindly Help
Thanks & Regards,
Arif

HI @Anonymous
Use the below link to access business central data.
You don't have to develop teh reports again as long as you get teh same set of columns for the dataset.
In teh power Query editor go to advance query and update just the data source .

thank you for your reply, i really appriciate it but can you please tell me, like you said that all i need to do instead of redeveloping all the reports i need to change the datasource from the query editor but what if the they change the data source from SQL Server to Azure datasoruce then can i do the same?
Hi @Anonymous ,
The article shows that you may get Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central content pack from Power BI Service, and it doesn't show you can achieve the demand by changing the data source in Query Editor.

Amy
