Avoiding SSRS parameters

I often get requests to utilize existing SSRS reports to develop into PowerBi Dashboards. Most of these SSRS reports use stored procedures with multiple parameters. However, for the dashboards we would not want any parameters and would want a full dataset or in the least only utilize a date range parameter. So my question is in PowerBi, is it possible to leave a parameter blank or a wildcard such as * to pass all the data as opposed to narrowing the dataset down?  This would save a large amount of time as opposed to recreating the stored procedure minus the parameters for PowerBi use

This is going to depend a bit on the structure of your SQL stored procedures but you should be able to call those stored procedures with parameters like *, % and _. See this article on SQL wild card characters.
