Avg Employee stay months

I'm trying to Avg employee stay month,

so getting error in pbix.

@omkar_nag123 , I think, I have done Avg Age in my data, see if that can help

averagex(Values(Table[empID]) calculate(datediff(Min(Table[HireDate]), max(Table[termination date]) , day) ))

Hi, @amitchandak 

I want Avg Experience of each and every employee of particular month,

The Dax that you suggested is giving me Avg Experience of particular month

In your Dax if I've selected January then it is showing Avg Experience of whole month (January)
