I am trying to show a visual for time utilization percentages by Month another by Department.
The current measure I have (see below) calcualtes the percentage utilization correctly by each row/Name, but not by Month or Department since the measure is summing the percenatages, and I need an average of the percentages. Below are two different measures (see the screenshots below).
Other note - I have two datasets: one with the actual hours information and one for the target hours.
Any ideas on a measure what would work?
I am trying to get a average percentage completion for items that fall into certain phases? Can't seem to get any average measures to work appropriately.
Hi @angelaalkatib ,
Please try this measure:
Average of %Hours = AVERAGEX ( VALUES ( FioriHoursYTD ), [%Hours] )

Hi @v-yulgu-msft ,
I tried that and it is only summing up to a total of 6-7%. The totals should be anywhere between ~70-120%.
