Average number of persons by days of the week and code

I have a measure Nº pessoas =distinctcount(horarios[idpessoa]) that counts the number of persons. What I want is a table that shows the average of number of persons by days of the week and code. In the picture Domingo =sunday, Segunda-Feira Terça-Feira=Tuesday and the values shows the number of persons. (not what I want) I try

AVERAGEX(KEEPFILTERS(VALUES('Date'[Dia Semana])); CALCULATE([NºPessoas])) but it doesn't work

The average for domingo and 0000089415 should be 0,25 in the picture above-As you see in the picture below there are only one person for 4 domingos(sundays). Btw do you know why the total for 0000083646 and domingo is 3 (picture below)? shouldn't be the sum of persons for all days of domingo? Thank you in advance.
