Average based on Groups

Please help with the solution for below

I need to group the profit % for each and every country based on the respective regions.

Below are the example: 

Profit % is a measure calculated in report.

Inputs:

Table 1

Country	% Profit
India	20
China	-15
Japan	10
US	20
Canada	15
Russia	-25
Congo	-10
SouthAfrica	25

Table2:

Region	Country
ASIA	India
ASIA	China
ASIA	Japan
NACA	US
NACA	Canada
NACA	Russia
Africa	Congo
Africa	SouthAfrica

Output should be as below:

Region	% Profit
ASIA	5
India	20
China	-15
Japan	10
NACA	3.333
US	20
Canada	15
Russia	-25
Africa	7.5
Congo	-10
SA	25
