@Anonymous , Try to avoid date hierarchy and create column for month and year and use that.

 

Try a meausre like

 

calculate(AverageX(values(Calendar[Ano]), [Total]), filter(allselected(Calendar), Calendar[Year] = max(Calendar[Year])))
