Average Score Column by Departmet

I have table like the picture above, I have no problem to get the average score of this data set 

AVERAGEX(TABLE,TABLE[Score])

Now I'd like to get a Average score of each Department of each row. Let's say Name A,  Avg. Depart score must be 24 and so on in each row.

I tried with
CALCULATE (AVERAGEX(TABLE,TABLE[Score]), FILTER(TABLE, TABLE(Department))

but it's not work. Woud you please help?

CALCULATE(AVERAGE('Table'[Score]),ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Department]))

Hi @tinstin 

Group by department and then count the average.

Create a measure like this :

Measure = CALCULATE(AVERAGE('Table'[Score]),ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Department]))

And the result is as shown :
