Automatic assessment tracking for work areas

Hi I'm new to Power BI and could use some help.

I am looking to have an automated process to track people and an assessment they have to take.

I would have a list of people, a work area they belong to, and the most recent date of an assessment they took.

If they belong to work area A, B, or C then they need to have an assessment done when they enter work area A, B, or C.

If they are already in work area A, B, or C they must have this assessment done every year and if they ever exit work area A, B, C.

Basically I need to generate a list of people that enter or exit work area A, B, or C or it has been a year since their last assessment.

I would need to generate the list weekly.

Any tips? Any help would be appreciated, I'm not even sure where to start.

1. Calculate how many days have passed since your last evaluation until today. Datediff serves you. if it passes X days, alert.

2. To know if they enter or leave an area you need a table that indicates those data of date of entry and exit for each person.then you must know if they already did the test or not. a piece of data that must be in the table.

Thank you! I will give this shot!

Just another question...would the correct way to do this be set up background stuff to figure out who needs a test and then use a table visualization to show who would need an assessment?
