Automate the count of the total active clients( IN THE LAST 30 DAYS)

Hello guys good morning. I started working with Power BI in 2 weeks and my task here at the enterprise is to automate the weekly report that they need to send to the investors. Well I have a problem. In this segment of the report, I need to present the count of the total active clients( IN THE LAST 30 DAYS) . How I do this is simple. Just need to remove the duplicates and blanks from one specific column, in my table, and then use count rows and I have the Total number. I did that is easy, but the thing is that it need to be automatic, for example when I receive a batch of the last 7 days, automatically I need that total number without going to the table and repeat the process of remove duplicates and blanks and the count rows for that period of time.   What suggestions do you have? I have created the time table and I can with that use a slicer that give some specific 30 days of my database, but I need to create a measure or something that when I choose those 30 days automatically show me in a card for example the total active clients. ( remove duplicates + blanks , and the count the rows).

Thank you!
