Attrition

I have a problem at hand to calculate the attrition % by formula (e.g. for Attrition% of May = Attrition between 30 Apr and 31st May) *2 / (HC on 30 Apr + HC on 31st) / 2 and similarly YTD %. I have data of all new joinees historically joined the company with thier Last working day wherever applicable. I have tried various things however failed to compute the same in Power BI. Is it a problem solvable and if yes, please help. I have searched almost everywhere

Hi @karlosdsouza,

Can you share some sample data and explanation of how you make the calculations based on those numbers so we see expected results?

MFelix
